How to Install the ByCenter Android App?
(GBoxTools was renamed to ByCenter in December 2024. This instruction was created when the ByCenter app was still called GBoxTools. For the screenshots below, please consider “GBoxTools” as “ByCenter.” All other aspects of this instruction remain up-to-date.)
ByCenter (used to called GBoxTools) is an Android app that isn’t available on the Google Play Store. Instead, you can download it from GPSWebShop.
Please open a browser, such as Google Chrome, on your Android device and visit the X8-M1 product page.
Tap Android app - ByCenter.apk link to download the apk file. Select "Download anyway".
Select "Open"
Change your phone's security setting to allow install unknown app from this source.
Select Install.
When done, you could open it by tap the open button.
Press "Allow" and "While using the app"
ByCenter has been successfully installed and is ready to use.
